Quality Charts and Distributions
These tools turn pasted measurements or counts into the standard quality charts. The control chart draws the centre line and limits, the Pareto chart ranks categories with a cumulative percentage, the run chart shows the median line and the histogram adds a frequency table. The CUSUM chart catches small shifts in the mean, the fishbone diagram maps the possible causes of a problem and the FMEA template ranks failure modes by RPN. The Z Score Table converts z to area.

- Control Chart Generator (SPC)Paste your measurements or defect counts to draw a control chart with centre line, upper and lower control limits and out-of-control signals.
- Histogram MakerPaste your numbers to make a histogram with a frequency table, summary statistics, optional spec limits and a normal curve.

- Control Chart Generator (SPC) — Paste your measurements or defect counts to draw a control chart with centre line, upper and lower control limits and out-of-control signals.
- CUSUM Chart Maker — Paste measurements in time order to draw a tabular CUSUM chart, see the point where the mean shifted and get an estimate of the new mean.
- Fishbone Diagram Maker — Type the problem, the categories and the causes to draw a fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram, count the causes and download the picture.
- FMEA Template and RPN Calculator — Enter each failure mode with its severity, occurrence and detection to get the RPN, rank the risks and download the worksheet.
- Histogram Maker — Paste your numbers to make a histogram with a frequency table, summary statistics, optional spec limits and a normal curve.
- Pareto Chart Maker — Paste categories with counts or costs to make a Pareto chart with a cumulative percentage line and see the vital few causes.
- Run Chart Maker — Paste your values in time order to draw a run chart with the median line and see any shift, trend or too-long run marked on the chart.
- Z Score Table and Calculator — Turn a z-score into areas under the normal curve, find z from a value or a percentile, and read the full printable z table.
